A Complimentary 40-minute consultation is offered so you can see if coaching is for you and subsequent 1-1 sessions will last 60 minutes at an agreed fee. At least six sessions are usually required for coaching to be fully effective. All confidential one-to-one sessions can be carried out by Skype or telephone
